The new linkcharge LP integrates the receiver and battery charger into one chip
Camario, California, may 2018 & nbsp& ndash;& nbsp; Semtech Corporation (NASDAQ: SMTC), a leading supplier of high-performance analog and mixed signal semiconductors and advanced algorithms, recently announced the launch of its new generation of linkcharge & reg; LP (low power consumption) wireless charging platform. The new platform integrates the receiver and battery charger in one chip, making it ideal for very small-scale applications, including wearable devices, tablet computer keyboards and Lora & reg; A new sensor. The new chip is a 2.3mm & times chip; 2.3mm fully integrated wireless receiver with lithium ion or lithium polymer battery charger. Linkcharge LP wireless charging platform provides system rail pin with switch, which can charge the battery and power the system at the same time. The wireless charger can provide up to 250mA charging current and can be used with Semtech's uation module (EVM). In addition, linkcharge LP can charge multiple Lora based sensors without connecting wires.
